When can I expect my order?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Fri). The average delivery time at Silkyleg is 4 to 6 business days.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transport problems.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
How annoying! In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the track & trace in your email.

What are the shipping costs?
Good news! We deliver all our products FREE in the Netherlands. As mentioned before, we save considerably on storage and shipping costs. Silkyleg would not be Silkyleg if we did not let our customers save on these costs too!

I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?
Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry and would like to know what we can do to satisfy you. Send an email to support @silkyleg .nl and we will see how we can solve this as soon as possible.

Where can I find my track & trace code?
When your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you your track & trace code by email. The processing of your order takes 24 to 48 hours.
