Not satisfied with your order?
You always have the right to return your order if you are not satisfied.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the possibility to return them within 14 days after receipt. Please contact our customer service to register the return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, including tags and labeling. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse the return of three items if we suspect that they have already been used or have been damaged due to circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds
Once we have received the product, it will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Late or Unreceived Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.
Then contact your bank. There may be some processing time before a refund is visible.
If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact our customer service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights (with the exception of the fleece tights!) and personal care products are not covered by Silkyleg's return policy for hygienic reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

Please ensure you provide the return shipment with a tracking and tracing code (at your own expense).

On the day of shipment, please send a photo of the tracking and tracing code by email.

The product must be unused when returned.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The product is checked for any damage caused by the customer. The return of a damaged product due to own fault will not be accepted.
Please note: We process our returns in China, which means you will have to return your package outside the EU. This can lead to high shipping costs, up to 25 euros, which will not be reimbursed by us.
